My Health Views and How I UseTraumeel

My health views and how I use Traumeel have come about from years of working and living as a Naturopath and trying to understand health and how to be healthy… I sometimes feel I wear two hats, or rather I address health problems in two ways.

My First Hat

One is, if something happens which affects my health or someone in my family – I will work out how best to treat it and what to use. I will give this serious thought and take the necessary homeopathic herbal remedies, or and do the necessary physical work – exercise/stretch/rest/ or have treatments e.g. osteopathic, cranial osteopathy, acupuncture or whatever I feel is needed and is most likely to help the ailment…..

Then I will look into the psychological reasons and stresses, and try and understand what is going on which is contributing/causing the particular health problem.

I believe there is always a mental problem but in many cases:-

1.) we are not aware of the problem that is causing us distress,
2.) or we do not know how to resolve it,

so finally we end up with a physical health problem.

Having looked into the psychological reasons as to why I/they are not well and helped whoever to understand their/my underlying thoughts, I then mentally move on and try not to continually think about it, moan about it etc

I am able to move on very well, if I have done the groundwork so to speak, properly, and not been afraid to question the underlying emotions and problems.

We all have them, but we are all very good at either:-

1.) covering them up,
2.) ignoring them
3.) and not resolving them.

However, rarely do they go away unless sorted and resolved.

My Second Hat

My second hat is knowing I have addressed all these areas, I think emotionally, I am able to let go of the health complaint quite quickly. I have understood it, to the best of my ability so I can move on and ‘get better.’

I then can become or appear quite disregarding of the complaint, but this is because I have given it 80-100% in time and thought.

In a recent email to Traumeel users I appeared quite flippant with my use of Traumeel, but this has come from years of working with it. It works – but even better if:-

1.) you take on the responsibility of the health problem,
2.) understand it,
3.) research it
4.) and do all that is required
5.) and then mentally and emotionally let it go and move on. You are much more likely to then get completely better.

Tony Robbins Quote

Which brings me to this quote by Tony Robbins who said today on Twitter:-

“When you become a lover of ‘what is,‘ the war is over.”

What is…? What is, is, Constant change and the need to grow. Embrace it and enjoy it.

Do the Groundwork

So do the groundwork, take responsibility, listen to your gut feelings, take the remedies needed, rest, laugh, smile, sleep, repair, eat well, keep fit and get emotional support to resolve whatever it is that is troubling you.

Use Traumeel or any other remedies to help you heal and mend so that you can get better and continue doing whatever it is that you love to do and enjoy life….

Wishing you all health and happiness.

Thank you for all your expertise and passing on of knowledge re: traumeel and horses. i do have a question re: the actual way in which it is given.

I always understood that homeopathic medicines were not to be given with food and/or strong tasting liquids. My mare won’t eat the tablets out of my hand. The recommendation for the tincture is to put it in their feed.
    So, what’s the scoop?
    thank you,
    Sienna

Dear Sienna – a good question and one I have often asked myself. I am going to answer it in two ways, one what Heel recommend, the manufacturers of Traumeel and then secondly what we do.

    What Heel Say
1.) Heel say,” Tablets – they have no intrinsic taste and it is possible to mix them with a little water without them losing their effectiveness, it is preferable to administer them between meals. In cases where this does not work, you can mix Traumeel tablets with a little honey and spread it on the part of the animal where it tends to lick itself, the same applies with the drops. Another possibility is to insert the drops or tablets into a small amount of food, or with horses in to a piece of dry bread, carrot or apple…”

    What We Do
2.) What we do is to give them the tablets with a few whole oats – the reason being is this works very easily and the oats are not strong smelling or strong tasting and so will not damage the traumeel in my opinion. (We also use the ampules as this then resolves all the problems with giving Traumeel by mouth.)

    Further Suggestions
3.) You could try mixing the drops or tablets with warm water and honey this may work. Secondly you could mix up the Traumeel drops with water and then spray it onto/into your horses mouth.

    What I would Not Do
What I would not do is give Traumeel with strong smelling food or alongside peppermint as this is a known antidote.

    Finally
There are some practitioners who use and administer Traumeel alongside food and still get results.
