It can be used for for just about any ‘everyday’ injury or accident as a first aid treatment, irrespective of further medication.
Very simply – it is an invaluable, first aid remedy. If asked – I would suggest it should be in:-
Everyone’s Home Medicine Cupboard.
We go as far as having a tube of the cream (ointment) in the kitchen and one upstairs and I usually have a tube of the ointment in the car. It has a very long shelf life…!

A Brief Summary on Health
It is no secret that remaining physically active is an essential part of living a long, healthy life.
Those of us who decide to lead a life of inactivity risk the loss of muscle tone, will tend to put on weight, and eventually will lose the desire to pursue active pastimes. This then leads to further health problems.
No remedy however good can ever replace the benefits of exercise, and activity, good nutrition and good sleep, if you wish to stay well all your living life.
But what Traumeel can do is to help you when those occasional accidents occur when doing and living an active life.
So instead of using painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs which are associated with side effects, especially in relation to long-term use, Truameel can help you recover and get better without using these drugs.
A Brief Summary on Inflammation
It is important to remember that inflammation means healing. If we break down the inflammatory response (acute, repair, maturation),it makes sense that we maybe able to help inflammation but not entirely suppress it.
Traumeel achieves all this, unlike NSAID’s which just suppress inflammation and can produce direct as well as remote side effects.

Additional Tips on Using Traumeel
If you have an open wound that needs to be covered what you can do is to mix the Traumeel Gel or Ointment with Organic Manuka Honey.
The Manuka honey will prevent the wound from drying up under the dressing. You want to prevent the wound from drying and sticking to the dressing as this will just delay healing. So you have the benefit of Traumeel and the Manuka honey both working together.
If you are using honey with Traumeel you will need to cover the wound in most cases as it can be very messy otherwise.
